NOTE: HUD has posted a new streamlined Annual Plan template (and streamlined 5-Year/Annual Plan template) for use by small PHAs. However, since many such agencies were already in the process of completing the Small PHA Plan Update when the new template became available, HUD is permitting those PHAs to submit the Small PHA Plan Update along with certifications used with it in lieu of the streamlined Annual Plan template for the current cycle.

Follow the steps below to submit your PHA plan. Please make sure your documents saved in the proper file format and named correctly. We strongly encourage you to read the PHA Plan submission instructions, before submitting your plan.
